Put simply, it hides all the icons and leaves nothing but the pure wallpaper.
With a simple double click on the Desktop, Camouflage opens a Finder window with all your desktop icons displayed in a view of your choice.
Camouflage is a wonderful application. Everything's hidden - yet easily accessed through a double click of the mouse, or the drop down menu from the Camouflage icon in the top corner.
